  The only problem I have this CVS is if there is a problem with the insurance or copay they do not call you and let you know the issue! This is not the first time I have had this problem with this place! I am upset, because I ordered my refill on Sunday and they told me that it will be ready Tuesday. However, I have a co pay and they did not call me to see if that was an issue. I NEED THE MED REFILLED of course i am going to pay the co pay! CALL! COMMUNICATE! what do they do? Nothing. I now have to scramble to find a place to refill my prescription Tuesday afternoon. UNACCEPTABLE! This is right now rude! I am going to post here and call around to make sure this does not happen again.
