Fireplace Gardens was the only place I called that gave me suggestions on how to fix it myself (other places went directly to "our service call charge is $175 and the blood of your first born child and we can come out in 2 months"). I wasn't able to fix it myself, but when the repair man came he fixed it quickly, and for a reasonable price. Great service!
