  This is the second time that I have been to this store and neither time was I helped, the first time I literally was told that “they weren’t going to be able to help me because their sizes were too big for me, why don’t I go to the stores that weren’t specialty stores.” I am a size 8 (might I add after 4 years of personal training and working with a dietitian) but I wear a 36F bra which Cache their bra line can accommodate in a sister size. This evening I again needed bras. I was unsure of their closing time tonight and came in 10 minutes before close, wanted my measurements rechecked, which took less than one minute. When the associate was done I asked which area my size was in she said, “ I will write this on a card you can come back another time. I explained I knew exactly what I would like and it will take me a minute to grab the items as I need one nude, one black, one white, and floral I liked on display and one purple I liked on display as well which could have been a nice sale at about $50 a pop. She said again you can come back another time. No problem. I will never as long as I live come back to shop here. I too am a store manager. My store does not accommodate sizes larger than 14 in house but I have never in my 20 years of management turned someone away for their size, I have helped them order online or suggested what would make them feel beautiful from another store. I have had customers come in at 1 minute before close and stay an hour after and I have never treated them like a burden. The associate named Melissa does not belong in customer service and I have news for Lane Bryant you are definitely #imnoangel but my Momma taught me that I shouldn’t say what is a more appropriate word for people who treat others with no respect. I guess you can figure out a better way to make your sales goals than without my money.
