I tried multiple times cleaning it myself and hiring someone else to help get the flame up to par. The pilot would often blow out due to lack of gas pressure, really quite annoying... One visit from Seans Gas Fireplace Service corrected everything! I couldn't be more happy with the services. Thanks for putting a warm smile on my and my family's faces during this cold winter!
