  For being a Sprint Customer for almost 15 Years... I have never had such an awful experience! My dads phone ended up dying on him, so we decided to meet in at the Mechanicsburg store which was the halfway point between my father and I, and where we both live. The lady who helped us was downright rude and completely unhelpful! She rolled her eyes at us, any questions or concerns all her answer was "thats just how the policy is" or "theres nothing i can do". She made my dad and i feel totally uncomfortable, unwelcomed, and that we were a "bother"or even an "annoyance" to her. We ended up walking out at least w a new flip phone but had to pay 10$ a mo for internet when my dad doesnt even use it nor want it...so basically making us pay 120$ per year in unwanted/unused services!! Im highly disappointed in their services and sales people at that store! Luckly to get any help I called the Carlisle Sprint store and they graciously were able to put my dad's contacts from the old phone to his new phone and they answered any and all of our questions and also give me a number in which I could call for questions about the bill. Ill go out of my way to find another sprint store rather then to use the mechanicburg one again!!!
