  Absolutely terrible company! Everything people are saying in these reviews are so true! They are unfriendly and inflexible! They give you huge service windows and are not willing to work with you at all when scheduling a service call and express no empathy when you have trouble setting up a time to be home for their huge service windows. Then when you manage to juggle around your entire schedule to be able to be home for them to come, they waste your time! First time they came out to fix my oven, they said it needed a fan, which i told them on the phone. Then almost a month later they called saying the fan came in they ordered, and once again didn't even try to work with my schedule at all! After juggling around my schedule once again, they show up....WITH THE WRONG PART! It was at this point it was decided to fix the oven ourselves. If we left it up to them we wouldn't be able to use our oven ever again! I really do not know how these people stay in business....
